GIS-40.5 Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear

GIS-40.5 series gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS) is a new generation of gas-insulated switchgear C-GIS products developed by our company. Metal armor gas seal, low-pressure SF6 gas is used as the insulating medium inside, high-voltage components are waterproof and dustproof, not affected by the environment and altitude, completely maintenance-free, using permanent magnet or spring operating mechanism, solid-sealed pole vacuum interrupter, and greatly reduced parts. It can operate reliably in harsh environments such as basements, plateaus, frozen soil, and coastal areas with high altitudes, humidity, and salt spray, meeting the needs of new energy, plateaus, subways, high-speed railways, and urban power distribution projects with tight land use. It has the characteristics of high reliability, maintenance-free, strong adaptability, and small footprint. It adopts intelligent control and protection units, has powerful control, protection, measurement, and communication functions, and fully realizes the requirements of distribution network automation. This product is mainly used in power distribution systems such as power plants, small and medium-sized power stations, substations, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, subways, and electrified railways to control, accept, distribute, protect, and monitor power supply systems and electric energy.


  • Usage environment

    Altitude: < 5000m (When the equipment operating altitude exceeds 1000m, special instructions are required)

    Ambient temperature: Maximum temperature +50°C, minimum temperature -25°C. Average value within 24h 35°C

    Ambient humidity: 24h relative humidity average value 95%: monthly relative humidity average value 90%

    Installation environment: There is no explosive and corrosive gas in the surrounding air, and there is no frequent severe vibration or impact at the installation site
