KYN61-40.5(Z) Metalclad AC Enclosed Switchgear, Withdrawable Type

KYN61-40.5(Z) armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kv indoor complete power distribution device. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It has functions such as control, protection and detection of circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operations. This switchgear complies with GB/T11022-, GB3906-and DL404-standards.

 

Main features

The cabinet structure adopts assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts trolley floor-standing structure;

It is equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, which has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

The trolley frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the trolley and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation;All operations can be performed when the cabinet door is closed;

The interlocking between the main switch, trolley and switch cabinet door adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five protection" function;

The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;

The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and loop short circuit;

The shell protection level is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the trolley room door is open;

The product complies with GB3906-, DL404-and refers to the international IEC60298 standard.


  • Usage environment

    Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35°C, lower limit -10°C.

    Altitude: not more than 1000m.

    Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 85% (at +25°C).

    Earthquake intensity: not more than 8 degrees.

    Water vapor pressure: daily average value does not exceed 2.2kPa, monthly average value does not exceed 1.8kPa.

    Surrounding environment: no fire, explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
