YB27 prefabricated substation is a domestic American-style box transformer launched by Huanghua Group. As an important power supply unit in the cable distribution network, this product is a complete set of prefabricated products integrating high-voltage control, protection, substation, and distribution equipment, and is widely used in urban and rural distribution networks.

This product places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in the transformer oil, and has two structural forms: sharing the box with the transformer body or separating the box. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure and is equipped with an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, and pressure gauge. Components such as pressure relief valves and oil drain valves are used to monitor the operating status of the transformer. This product is divided into ring network type, terminal type, and dual power supply type. In order to make this product more suitable for the actual requirements of my country's power grid, the group company has also launched plug-in dry fuses, and the melting of the fuse does not affect the performance of the transformer oil.
