△ Overall structure
The substation adopts an "H"-shaped layout, consisting of a 35kV switchgear room, a 10kV switchgear room, an automatic control room, a transformer, etc. The control room forms a box with the 35kV or 10KV switch room according to the specific situation, and the other switch room forms a box. The transformer is placed outdoors and forms a transformer installation area through certain protection and spacing. The transformer is connected to the two switch rooms through an overhead bus or cable.
The box is generally made of high-quality steel plates after surface anti-corrosion and spraying treatment, and heat insulation materials are added in the middle, which can effectively ensure the normal operation of the temperature control system in the box.
In addition, the box material can be made of anodized aluminum alloy plates or color steel composite plates.
△40.5kV switchgear room
According to the actual use needs of the substation, XGN box-type fixed switchgear, GIS switchgear and KYN61 switchgear can be configured.
(1) XGN box-type fixed switchgear has the characteristics of novel and compact structure, small size, convenient maintenance and overhaul, and is very suitable for 35kV substations.
(2) The use of GIS switchgear has the following advantages:
a. GIS-switchgear can seal the switch room, busbar room and cable connectors in the SF6 gas chamber.
b. During the entire service life, MV-PART (medium voltage components) does not require maintenance.
c. It is not affected by the external environment such as the corrosive air of the chemical industry and cement production industry and the salty air in coastal and salt mining areas.
d. It can be used in high altitude areas.
(3) KYN61 removable switchgear can be used to easily overhaul components.
