Electronic plastic case circuit breaker HKM1E

HKM1E series intelligent molded case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are high-tech products for the 21st century. The product has advanced design, reliable performance, high technical indicators, beautiful appearance, small size, uses microelectronic technology, and has intelligent overcurrent protection function.

 

The circuit breaker is suitable for power systems with dry AC 50Hz, rated voltage 400V, and rated current up to 800A. It is used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults. It can also be used to control the infrequent operation of motors.

The intelligent overcurrent release of the circuit breaker is controlled by a microprocessor and has three-stage protection characteristics, namely overload inverse time long delay protection, short circuit delay protection and short circuit instantaneous protection. Due to the adjustable artificial short-circuit short-delay protection characteristics, this series of circuit breakers can clearly achieve selective protection with another short-circuit protection device connected in series on the load side.

The three-stage overcurrent protection characteristics of the circuit breaker can be easily adjusted to meet the requirements of different loads for protection characteristics and achieve the best match.

The circuit breaker has operation, pre-alarm indication and overload indication.


  • Usage environment

    The circuit breaker is suitable for the following working environment:

    The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40and not lower than -5;

    The altitude is not more than 2000m;

    The relative humidity of the air is not more than 50% when the maximum temperature is +40; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and the monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed +25; the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the month does not exceed 90%:

    Pollution level: Level 3. There is no explosion hazard in the surrounding air, and there is no corrosive metal and insulating gas and conductive dust.

    The installation category is ;

    The wiring terminals "1, 3, 5, N" are connected to the power supply, and "2, 4, 6, N" are connected to the load, and cannot be reversed.

    The installation surface of the circuit breaker should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The basic installation method of the circuit breaker is vertical installation, with the power supply end at the top and the load end at the bottom; it can also be installed horizontally.
