△1. Cabinet frame - the cabinet frame is made of 25-module C-shaped materials and modular parts connected by bolts, eliminating deformation and stress caused by welding, and the parts are universal and flexible.
△2. Busbar room - the busbar room is located at the front end of the top of the switch cabinet. There is an independent and protected space, which is mainly used for the channel of the main copper busbar connection between cabinets. The busbar room can adopt a three-phase three-wire system.
△3. Cable room - mainly used for the layout of multi-circuit outgoing cables.
△4. Circuit breaker room This is an independent space room, mainly used for the installation of main incoming lines, contacts or intelligent circuit breakers with relatively large capacity. All of them adopt the rear-in and outgoing methods. A door and window hole corresponding to the intelligent circuit breaker is opened on the front door of the switch cabinet for easy operation and observation.
△5. Drawer unit room - this room has one drawer unit per room, that is, one outgoing circuit. The height unit of the unit room is selected according to its capacity.
△6. Top cover - detachable for installation and maintenance of the main busbar, and with ventilation and heat dissipation holes to facilitate heat dissipation of the busbar and components.
△7. Vertical busbar channel The vertical busbar channel is sealed and introduced from the upper main busbar. The three-phase busbar is fixed vertically to the left side of the cabinet with a busbar clamp. The busbar in the channel uses a round-edged busbar (to facilitate the contact of the drawer connector). It is selected according to the equipment capacity of the cabinet.
△8. Main circuit outlet pile head - The outlet pile head is for cable outlet connection, with a phase sequence from left to right ABC and a protective cover.
△9. Secondary wiring terminal - control circuit connection and external control system.
△10. Switch cabinet bottom plate - The bottom plate is detachable and has knock-out holes (φ80mm, φ110mm, φ150mm) for the passage of outlet cables. It is strictly forbidden to pass a single phase line through a metal hole alone.
△11. Drawer unit The height of the drawer unit is selected according to the capacity of the equipment. The general heights are (mm) 200, 400, 600 and 1/2 unit drawers. There are ventilation and heat dissipation holes on the bottom and side panels of the drawer, and pulleys are installed on the left and right sides for easy extraction and advancement. There are main circuit and secondary control circuit connectors at the back of the drawer. There are operating handles, indicator lights, control switches and instruments on the drawer panel. Drawers of the same model can be interchanged.
