GGD Low-voltage Switchgear Panel, Fixed Type

GGD type low voltage AC power distribution cabinet is a technical progress development project issued by the Ministry of Energy in 1991 with the purpose of promoting the technological progress of my country's low voltage power distribution industry and accelerating the replacement of low voltage power distribution complete switchgear. It was designed and developed by the Joint Design and Development Group of Low Voltage Complete Switchgear of the Ministry of Energy (referred to as NLS), and passed the ministerial appraisal hosted by the Ministry of Energy in October 1992. It has been widely used throughout the country.

GGD type AC low voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines and other power users' AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 3150A distribution system as power, lighting and power distribution equipment power conversion, distribution and control.

GGD type AC low voltage power distribution cabinet is a new type of low voltage power distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the superiors of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and the design department, based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. "The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible power scheme, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, novel structure, high protection level, etc. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage complete switchgear.

GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "Low-voltage complete switchgear" and other standards.



  • Usage environment

    The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C.

    For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m

    The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at +20°C) The influence of condensation that may occur occasionally due to temperature changes should be taken into account.

    The inclination of the equipment from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5% when it is installed.

    The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.

    If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

3 Selection of electrical components

3.1 With flexible installation of GG1,variety of electric components can be easily installed in it. Such as CNHK intelligent circuit breaker, plastic shell circuit breaker, soft-start circuit and inverter.

3.2 Disconnections are easy to operate and safe for maintenance with visible open contacts It is easy for installation of disconnectors.

3.3 Busbar clips of high intensity can be installed ensure dynamic stability.


Structural characteristics

GGD型交流低压配电柜的柜体采用通过柜的形式,构架8MF冷弯型钢局部焊接组装而成,构架零件及专用配套零件由型钢定点生产厂配套供货,以保证柜体的精度和质量。通用柜的零部件按模块原理设计,并有20模的安装孔,通用系数高,可以使工厂实现预生产,既缩短了生产制造周期,也提高了工作效率。

GGD柜设计时充分考虑到柜体运行中散热问题。在柜体上下两端均有不同数量的散热槽孔。当柜内电器元件发热后,热量上升,通过上端槽孔,排出,而冷风不断地右下端槽孔补充进柜,使密封的柜体自下而上形成一个自然通风道,达到散热的目的。

GGD柜按照现代工业产品造型设计的要求,采用黄金分割比的方法设计柜体外形和各部的分割尺寸,使柜体美观大方,面目一新。柜门用转轴式活动铰链与构架相连,安装、拆卸方便。门的折边处均嵌有一根山型橡塑条,关门时门与构造之间的嵌条一定的压缩行程,能防止门与柜体真接碰撞,也提高了门的防护等级。

△  装有电器元件的仪表门用多股软铜线与构架相连。柜内的安装件与构架间用滚花螺钉连接,整柜构成完整的接地保护电路。

△  柜体面漆选用聚酯桔形烘漆。附着力强、质感好。整柜呈亚光色调,避免了眩目效应,给值班人员创造了较舒适的视觉环境。

△  柜体的顶盖在需要时可拆除,便于现场主母线的装配和调整,柜顶的四角装有吊环用于起吊和装运。

△  设备安装时与垂直面的倾斜度不超过5%

△  柜体的防护等级为IP30,用户也可根据使用环境的要求在IP20-IP40之间选择。
