GCS Low-voltage Switchgear Panel, Withdrawable Type

GCS type low voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by the joint design team of the two departments according to the requirements of the industry authorities, the majority of power users and design units. It is in line with national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development needs of the power market and can compete with existing imported products. The device has been widely used by power users.

The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements, the design of low voltage complete distribution devices used for power distribution, motor centralized control and reactive power compensation in power generation and power supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) H2, a rated working voltage of 380 (400, 660) V, and a rated current of 4000 A or less complies with the following standards:

  • Usage environment

    The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40and not lower than -5. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35. If it exceeds, it is necessary to reduce the capacity according to the actual situation.

    For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

    The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures: such as 90% at +20°C. It should be considered that the change in temperature may cause condensation occasionally.

    When the device is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%, and the whole set of cabinets shall be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-standard).

    The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not corroded.

    If the user has special requirements, it can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
