GCK series motor control centres are mainly composed of combined motor control units and other functional units. These units are installed in closed metal cabinets in an overlapping manner. The horizontal busbar set above the cabinet is used to connect each cabinet together, and the functional units of the same cabinet are connected in parallel on the vertical busbar. The cabinet is divided into four mutually isolated areas such as horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, cable area and equipment installation area, etc. Functional units are installed in their respective cubicles, so that when an accident occurs in any of the functional units, it will not affect the other units and prevent the accident from expanding.

This product complies with IEC61439-1 standards. The product adopts the IP40 protection level stipulated by IEC114, when all the doors and guards are closed, or when the doors are opened and when the functional units are moved out of the position, the corresponding protection level can be achieved so as to ensure personal safety.

The product is set up with a perfect and reliable grounding system and protection circuit, all functional units are able to break the short-circuit current according to the specified performance requirements, and the inlet unit has three protection characteristics. Therefore, the reliability of power supply and the safety of equipment and system can be guaranteed.

All functional units can be connected with PC board (programmable controller) or microprocessor through interfaces as the execution unit of automatic control system, and other functional units and combinations of functions can be provided according to the needs of users, and the product is suitable for circuits with AC 380V and 50Hz frequency.
