Series reactor CKSC series

CKSC dry-type iron core series reactor is an important supporting equipment for reactive power compensation device of power system. After the power capacitor is connected in series with the dry-type iron core reactor, it can effectively suppress the high-order harmonics in the power grid, limit the closing inrush current and operating overvoltage, improve the voltage waveform of the system, and improve the power factor of the power grid, which plays a great role in the safe operation of power capacitors and other power equipment.

Its structural features are as follows:

The core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small sections through multiple air removals. The air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth to ensure that the air gap does not change under long-term operation of the reactor;

The core end face is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet end face glue, which makes the silicon steel sheets firmly combined together, greatly reducing the noise during operation and having good anti-corrosion performance:The coil is epoxy casting type, and epoxy glass mesh cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. It is cast in a vacuum state using H-grade epoxy casting system. The coil not only has good insulation performance, but also has high mechanical strength and can withstand large current shocks and cold and hot shocks without cracking:

The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water, has low partial discharge, and can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions;

The upper and lower ends of the coil use epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock pads to effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.


  • Usage environment

    The altitude should not exceed 2000m;

    The ambient temperature should be -25~+45, and the relative humidity should not exceed 90%;

    There should be no harmful gases or flammable or explosive items around;

    The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in a cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.
