Photovoltaic grid-connected switchgear

Photovoltaic grid-connected switchgear is an electrical device dedicated to solar power generation system. It can play a protective and control role, and is one of the key equipment for converting direct current emitted by photovoltaic panels into alternating current that can be used by the power grid. The function of photovoltaic grid-connected switchgear is to output electric energy to the power grid and realize the grid-connected power generation of solar panel power generation system. Tripping mode: a variety of intelligent trippers, providing different functions.

Mainly used in distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of AC 400V low-voltage system, low-voltage photovoltaic grid-connected switchgear mainly consists of anti-islanding protection device (fault decoupling device and power quality online monitoring device can also be installed), isolation knife switch, grid-connected circuit breaker, lightning arrester, temperature and humidity controller, power metering device and switchgear. The switchgear type and switchgear size are customized according to the site conditions as MNS, GCS, GCK, GGD.



  • Usage environment

    Altitude shall not exceed 1000m.

    Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +50°C and not lower than -25°C.

    Relative humidity: daily average value shall not exceed 95%, monthly average value shall not exceed 90%.

    Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.

    The installation site shall not be subject to fire or explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration. A small amount of dust, smoke, salt spray and corrosive gas pollution is allowed, and the pollution level shall not exceed Level II.

    Earthquake intensity: VI degree;

    Ground horizontal acceleration 0.2m/s; vertical acceleration 0.1m/s^, safety factor 1.67. Note: Under special use environment, when the use site exceeds the normal use environment conditions, the user needs to negotiate with the manufacturer.

1. Protection function

The anti-islanding device has passive islanding detection, automatic closing with voltage, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, high and low frequency protection, reverse power protection, etc.

2. Automatic grid connection

The anti-islanding protection device has the functions of undervoltage tripping (grid voltage loss) and undervoltage automatic reclosing. It trips when the voltage is abnormal, and can automatically connect to the grid and close when the voltage returns to normal. At the same time, it has intelligent communication function, which can communicate with the background system to form a network, remotely operate the circuit breaker, and remotely view various electrical parameters and switch position information of the grid-connected switchgear.

3. Electricity metering

The high-voltage photovoltaic grid-connected switchgear can be equipped with a metering warehouse with a lead sealing device to effectively prevent electricity theft. The metering device and load control device (generally provided by the local power supply bureau) can be installed in the metering warehouse to record the power generation situation well.
